How Surprise Proposals at Everbloom Work

 

Planning a surprise proposal should feel exciting—not overwhelming. Once your Everbloom proposal is booked, we’ll help coordinate the little details that make the surprise come together beautifully.

 

Choose your proposal package, available date and time. A 50% nonrefundable deposit and signed agreement are required to officially reserve your date.

 

Before your proposal, we’ll work privately with the person planning the surprise to coordinate arrival, timing and positioning. We’ll even provide a few believable cover-story ideas to help get your future fiancé to Everbloom without giving away what’s waiting for them.

 

Then all that’s left is the most important part:

 

Bring the person you love and the ring. We’ll help take care of the rest.

PAYMENT & RESERVATIONS

 

• A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Your date is not officially reserved until your deposit and signed agreement have been received.

• The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your proposal and must be paid in full before arrival.

• All deposits, balances and payments are nonrefundable.

• Payments may be made through Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo or Zelle.

• The person booking the proposal must sign an agreement covering the reservation and use of the Everbloom property.

• Personalized items, fresh flowers, cakes and other package elements are prepared specifically for your reservation and cannot be removed from a package for a reduced price.

YOUR RESERVED TIME

 

Each proposal package includes a specific amount of private reserved time:

 

• Just Us — 30 minutes

• The Perfect Surprise — 60 minutes

• The Ever After — 90 minutes

 

Your reservation begins and ends at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the reservation.

 

Please do not arrive early unless specifically instructed to do so, as we may still be preparing your surprise.

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR LOCATION

 

Everbloom is a unique and intimate private setting located behind our private residence in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is not a traditional commercial event venue, and that is part of what makes the experience so secluded and special.

 

Please be aware that accessing the proposal areas involves a slightly steep downhill walk and natural, uneven surfaces.

 

• One access route includes a handrail.

• Portions of the wooded area are accessed by a gravel pathway.

• Outdoor areas may include natural ground, stone, gravel and other uneven surfaces.

• The property and pathways are beautifully accented with twinkle lighting; however, natural variations in the terrain remain.

• Appropriate footwear is strongly recommended.

• High heels may be difficult to navigate in certain areas.

 

Please consider mobility needs and footwear when planning your visit. Guests are responsible for using appropriate care while walking throughout the property.

WEATHER

 

We want your proposal to be beautiful, but safety always comes first.

 

If The Ever After is booked with the Garden Pergola and rain makes the outdoor setting unsuitable, the proposal will be moved to the Everbloom Greenhouse. A weather-related move from the pergola to the greenhouse is not considered a cancellation and does not qualify for a refund.

 

In the event of potentially unsafe conditions—including severe storms, tornado warnings, ice, snow or other conditions that make access to the property unsafe—Everbloom reserves the right to reschedule the proposal to another mutually available date.

 

Weather-related rescheduling does not constitute a cancellation, and payments remain nonrefundable.

PHOTOGRAPHY

 

Professional photography is included with The Perfect Surprise and The Ever After packages.

 

• The Perfect Surprise includes 25 professionally edited digital images.

• The Ever After includes 50 professionally edited digital images.

• Photography includes the proposal itself followed by romantic portraits during the remaining reserved time.

• If the Private Celebration Guest Add-On is purchased, a few celebratory photographs with your guests may be taken within the existing photography time.

• RAW or unedited image files are not provided.

• Photography is not included with Just Us. Couples choosing Just Us are welcome to take their own photographs with their phones during their reserved time.

KEEPING THE SURPRISE A SURPRISE

 

This is one of our favorite parts!

 

Before your reservation, we’ll coordinate privately with the person planning the proposal regarding arrival, timing and where everything will happen.

 

Need an excuse for why you’re suddenly driving to Everbloom? We’ve got you.

 

We’ll provide several possible cover stories and arrival scenarios to help keep your future fiancé from becoming suspicious.

 

For proposal packages that include photography, we’ll also coordinate where you should stand and where your photographer will be positioned so we’re ready when the big moment happens.

BRINGING GUESTS

 

Our proposal experiences are intentionally designed around the couple and their special moment.

 

Just Us is reserved exclusively for the two of you.

 

Couples booking The Perfect Surprise or The Ever After may add our Private Celebration Guest Add-On for $200 + tax, allowing up to 10 guests to share in the surprise.

 

Because Everbloom is private residential property and we’re trying to protect the surprise, guests must follow the special arrival, parking and timing instructions provided by Everbloom.

 

Guest attendance does not extend your reserved proposal time.

 

For The Ever After, guests may celebrate and participate in a few photographs following the proposal, after which the candlelit cake-and-cider celebration is reserved privately for the newly engaged couple.

PRIVATE PROPERTY & GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

 

Everbloom is located on private residential property. Access is limited to your scheduled reservation and approved guests.

 

Children are welcome when included as approved guests but must remain under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times. Due to natural terrain, landscaping, stonework and uneven surfaces, children should not be permitted to run, climb or wander unattended.

 

The person signing the reservation agreement is responsible for their guests and for damage caused to the property, landscaping, furnishings or décor beyond normal wear.

 

Outside decorations, confetti, glitter, open flames, food, beverages, alcohol, pets or other special items may not be brought onto the property without prior approval from Everbloom.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

 

Because your date and time are reserved specifically for you and proposal experiences may include custom preparation, flowers, cakes, décor and personalized items, all deposits and payments are nonrefundable.

 

A cancellation, change of plans, late arrival, failure to appear or personal circumstances do not entitle the booking party to a refund.

 

Any approved rescheduling is subject to Everbloom’s availability and the terms of the signed reservation agreement.

 

If unsafe weather conditions require Everbloom to reschedule your experience, your reservation will be transferred to an available replacement date according to the applicable rescheduling terms.
