From a quiet woodland field to a breathtaking overlook—your love story deserves nature as your witness. Our Scenic Elopements are simple, soulful, and unforgettable—designed for couples who want a beautiful experience without the fuss.
These packages take place OFF-SITE at a scenic location in the Hot Springs area and do not include greenhouse access.
NOTICE:
Scenic Elopement packages and add-ons are completely separate from Greenhouse Venue offerings. Services and add-ons do not transfer between locations. Please review your selected package carefully before booking.
HOW IT WORKS
1) Choose your scenic package
2) Select your date and location (we can help you choose a beautiful spot)
3) Pay your 50% non-refundable deposit (plus tax) to reserve your date/time
4) Sign your simple agreement (sent by email)
5) Show up ready to “Say I Do”
The Ever After Scenic Elopement – $550 (plus tax)
Our most keepsake-rich scenic package.
Includes:
• Officiant-led ceremony at a scenic location of your choice (we’ll help you pick the perfect spot)
• 30 professionally edited high-resolution images
• Framed copy of your nuptials
• Keepsake plant (varies; each is unique and lovingly potted)
• Custom cozy t-shirt with the bride’s new last name initials (thread color of your choice)

What is an Elopement?
Traditionally, an elopement meant a couple quietly slipping away to marry in secret, with no guests and no big production. While modern elopements have evolved, they still carry the heart of that idea — intimate, personal, and focused solely on the two of you.
Our Scenic Elopement packages are designed to capture this spirit. You’ll arrive dressed and ready for your ceremony, surrounded by nature’s beauty, without the extra formality or production of a wedding or micro-wedding.

What an Elopement Is Not
We want to be very clear so you can book with confidence.
• An elopement is not a wedding or micro-wedding.
• Scenic Elopements do not include seating, large guest accommodations, or elaborate setup.
• Guest numbers are limited and may be further restricted by certain scenic locations due to space or accessibility.
• All scenic elopements are standing ceremonies — no chairs, no reception setup.
• Depending on your choice of ceremony location - walking may be required.

Guests
• You may invite a few guests, but please keep in mind: these are intimate gatherings, not large events.
• All guests should be prepared for standing-only ceremonies and possible short walks to the ceremony location.
• Guest limits vary depending on your chosen location’s charm and capacity.

Packages & Decor
• Basic Scenic Elopements – No seating, no decorations, just you, your partner, and the natural beauty of your location.
• Themed & Decorated Scenic Elopements – Includes a beautifully styled arch, lighting, and décor to enhance your experience. Although there is no seating, the atmosphere will be magical and planned just for you.
Contract Agreement for Themed & Decorated Scenic Elopements
These elopements are located on our personal property. To ensure your date and spot are officially reserved, a simple contract agreement will need to be signed by both the bride and groom. This protects your special day, gives your peace of mind, and helps us serve you with complete clarity and dedication.

Our Scenic Elopement Packages are completely separate from our Greenhouse Elopement Packages. Each package type is unique, with its own inclusions, locations, and pricing.

Greenhouse packages include their own specific details, décor, and offerings that are exclusive to our greenhouse venue.

Scenic packages are designed to highlight beautiful outdoor and destination-style locations, separate from the greenhouse experience.

Rain Plan ☔
We can’t control the weather, but we can control how we handle it:
1. Reschedule to the next available date on my calendar.
2. Move your ceremony to the greenhouse venue — still no seating, but with beautiful shelter from the rain.
❄️ Winter Weather Protocol
For the safety of our couples, their guests, and our staff:

If snow or ice makes travel to the destination unsafe, ceremonies will be rescheduled accordingly.

We will work with you to find the soonest available date that ensures everyone’s well-being.

Payment & Refund Policy
• A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to reserve your date exclusively for you.
• The remaining 50% is due the day of your ceremony, before the ceremony begins.
• Deposits are nonrefundable due to calender based scheduling and reservation commitments.
To reserve your date and time at Everbloom Greenhouse, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit secures your spot on our calendar and ensures we can hold your elopement, exclusively for you.
No-Refund Policy on Deposits
All deposits are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes—but is not limited to—client cancellations, rescheduling, changes of plans, weather concerns, or any other reason.
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule and give appropriate notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new date—based on availability—at the discretion of Everbloom Greenhouse.
Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
Remaining Balances
The remaining balance is due the day of the session or ceremony, before your event begins.
