The Everbloom is an intimate, romantic space where love takes center stage. Tucked away on our private property in the heart of Hot Springs, Arkansas, the Everbloom Greenhouse is a botanical haven designed for couples who want to say “I do” surrounded by lush greenery, whimsical décor, and a sense of timeless romance.

 

Every detail — from our antique seating and charming arbor swing to the way the light filters through the glass — is curated to create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and deeply personal.

 

 

 

💍 What an Elopement Is — and Is Not

 

We believe elopements are about stripping away the stress and pressure of a traditional wedding so you can focus on what truly matters — each other.

 

An Everbloom Elopement is:

 

• Private, intimate, and stress-free

• Focused entirely on the couple and their love story

• Elegant and romantic, with thoughtful touches in every corner

• A way to celebrate your union without the chaos of a large guest list

 

 

An Everbloom Elopement is not:

 

• A full-scale wedding with all the moving parts

• A large event with flower girls, ring bearers, or extensive wedding party processions

• A production that shifts the focus away from the bride and groom

 

 

Our intention is to create an intimate, beautiful moment that feels like yours and yours alone — without distractions.

📅 Booking Your Ceremony – How It Works

 

1. Check Availability by filling out the contact form on our website. Click the chat button on our site, or anywhere it says get in touch or contact us. Please fill out all the required spots. We will contact you immediately.

2. Choose Your Date & Package – Select your elopement package and any add-ons you’d like

3. Secure with Deposit – A 50% deposit (plus AR sales tax) secures your date. Dates will not be reserved until deposit is made. The remaining balance is due on your wedding day before your ceremony begins

4. Confirm Your Details – We’ll send you a contract proposal with your chosen package and total cost

5. Celebrate & Countdown – You’re officially booked! Time to look forward to your big day

Contract Agreement

To ensure your date and spot are officially reserved, a simple contract agreement will need to be signed by both the bride and groom. This protects your special day, gives your peace of mind, and helps us serve you with complete clarity and dedication.

Rescheduling Policy

 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we always strive to be as accommodating as possible.

For personal or non-weather-related reasons, one (1) reschedule is permitted per booking. After this one reschedule has been used, no additional rescheduling will be allowed for any reason.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to plan and serve all of our clients with care and fairness.

About Our Greenhouse

 

Welcome to our serene little slice of nature—a charming greenhouse designed with intentional beauty and peaceful simplicity. Our space is curated with love to host intimate elopements and micro ceremonies that celebrate the joy of small, meaningful moments.

 

The decor you’ll find inside is purposefully neutral and timeless, blending softly with every couple’s unique style. From our delicate floral touches to curated backdrops and seasonal greenery, everything is styled to harmonize effortlessly with the natural surroundings and golden light of the greenhouse.

 

We believe that simplicity is sacred. Our elopements are not full-scale weddings—we offer an alternative: a dreamy, minimal space for those who value heartfelt connection over extravagant production.

Rules & Regulations for Greenhouse Use

 

To preserve the aesthetic and energy of our space, we kindly ask that all guests and clients honor the following guidelines:

No Redecorating or Moving of Items: The decorations and furnishings inside the greenhouse are thoughtfully arranged and designed to remain in place for all sessions and elopements. This helps us maintain the cohesive, peaceful look that everyone falls in love with.

   

Neutral Aesthetic for All: We do not allow custom decor setups, large furniture additions, or major re-styling of the space. Our greenhouse is designed to be a calming canvas that beautifully complements all love stories without the need for extra embellishment.

Not a Traditional Wedding Venue: Our greenhouse is not a full-service wedding venue. We specialize in intimate elopements and small, streamlined celebrations with a simple, heartfelt vibe. If you’re looking for a larger-scale event with extensive customization, our space may not be the best fit.

​

Music: To keep your ceremony flowing smoothly, Everbloom Greenhouse does not coordinate or cue music at specific times during the ceremony. You are more than welcome to choose one special song for your entrance into the greenhouse, and you may also provide a small playlist (5–10 songs) to shuffle during photos and/or a mini reception. If you would like additional music to play at specific moments, we recommend asking a guest to assist with music coordination.

Respect for the Property: Please treat the space with care. This includes no smoking anywhere on the greenhouse property or adjacent grounds.

🌦 Rain Plan

 

Your ceremony is always protected inside our beautiful greenhouse. If your reception is planned outdoors and the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll simply move it indoors — no stress, no scrambling.

❄️ Winter Weather Protocol

 

For the safety of our couples, their guests, and our staff:

 

• If snow or ice makes travel to the venue unsafe, ceremonies will be rescheduled accordingly.

• We will work with you to find the soonest available date that ensures everyone’s well-being.

📏 Guest Count & Space

 

• Maximum occupancy is 23 people, including the couple, officiant, photographer, and guests

• Seating is provided for all guests included in your package

📜 Rules & Guidelines (In the Most Loving Way)

 

We have designed the Everbloom to be a peaceful, private space for our couples. Please keep in mind:

 

• The venue is located on our private home property — please respect the space

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property

• Please arrive and depart on time to honor other couples’ celebrations. Late fees will apply. Beginning and ending on time is necessary

• Children are welcome, but please keep them out of flower beds and away from delicate décor

• Parking is limited — carpooling is appreciated

• For safety, watch your step on uneven flagstone paths

 

 

We are delighted to offer two designated bedrooms in our private home for the bride and groom to get dressed before the ceremony. To keep the experience comfortable and smooth for everyone, please note:

 

• Bride and groom may arrive no more than 30-45 minutes before their designated ceremony time to get dressed. 

• Our dressing rooms are located inside our private home. For space and privacy reasons, we allow no more than two people at a time in the dressing rooms. We kindly ask all other guests to refrain from congregating inside the home and to respect the privacy of our living space. Guests should remain in the designated event areas unless otherwise directed.

• Often couples choose to come already dressed and that is okay. We ask you to let us know ahead of time if coming dressed as we always prepare rooms inside our home for couples as needed for dressing.  

• Guests are to arrive no more than 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts. For those arriving before that time frame we ask them to remain in there vehicles as many times we are setting up for the ceremony. For the privacy of our home and to maintain a peaceful environment for all events, we ask that guests do not gather in our driveway, near the front of our home, or along the road. Upon arrival, guests should proceed directly down to the greenhouse area to be seated and wait for the couple’s entrance.

• Brides should arrive with hair and makeup already done, making final touches here

• We have a bathroom available for guests, but remember this is our private home — please use it as needed, then guests are expected to return to the greenhouse

• Guests are not to congregate in our home or sit on our personal furniture

• We appreciate everyone respecting our private living space while the happy couple enjoy the convenience of the dressing rooms

💰 Payment & Refund Policy

 

• All packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. This reserves your date and time

• Remaining balance is due on the day of your ceremony before it starts

• AR sales tax applies

• Payments accepted via Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, check (if received within 48 hrs of the time of booking), or cash paid in person the day of booking.

• All remaining balances for any elopement package, including greenhouse ceremonies and scenic elopements, are due on the day of the ceremony. Payment must be completed before the ceremony begins.

  •    A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to reserve your date exclusively for you.

  •    The remaining 50% is due the day of your ceremony, before the ceremony begins.

  •    Deposits are nonrefundable due to calender based scheduling and reservation commitments.

To reserve your date and time at Everbloom Greenhouse, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit secures your spot on our calendar and ensures we can hold your elopement, exclusively for you.

 

No-Refund Policy on Deposits

 

All deposits are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes—but is not limited to—client cancellations, rescheduling, changes of plans, weather concerns, or any other reason.

 

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

 

Rescheduling

 

If you need to reschedule and give appropriate notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new date—based on availability—at the discretion of Everbloom Greenhouse.

Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.

 

Remaining Balances

 

The remaining balance is due the day of the session or ceremony, before your event begins.

Because we are a calendar-based business and your date is reserved exclusively for you, deposits are non-refundable. Please be certain of your plans before booking.
