From the arch and chairs to styled décor, drink station, and even a custom two-tiered wedding cake (serves up to 25), every detail is thoughtfully prepared so you can simply show up and celebrate your love.

🚫 What an Elopement Is Not

 

  • A large traditional wedding with wedding parties, flower girls, ring bearers, or extended guest lists.

  • An open-ended rental. We work within strict set-up and tear-down times; additional time will incur charges.

  • A venue substitute without preparation. We require a level, cleared area for chairs, arch, and drink station.

  • A weather-free guarantee. Severe winter weather will require rescheduling, and rainy-day ceremonies must move indoors.

 ~ How to Contact us for booking an Elopement

    Check Availability by filling out the contact form on our website. Click the chat button on our site, or anywhere it says get in             touch or contact us. Please fill out all the required spots. We will contact you immediately.

 

📑 Important Details & Policies

 

  • Booking Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date exclusively for you. The remaining 50% balance is due before the start of the ceremony on the day of the event. Arkansas sales tax will be added. 

  • Payment methods accepted: Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay or Zelle. Money order or cashiers check but must be received within 48 hours of booking.

  • Refund Policy: As a calendar-based business, we do not offer refunds. Please be 100% certain before booking.

  • Service Area: Signature Elopements are available only within Garland County.

  • Weather Protocol: Severe winter weather will require rescheduling. Rain requires an indoor backup location to be provided by the couple.

  • Guest Capacity: Package options are available for 10 guests or 20 guests depending on the selection made at booking.

  • Accessibility & Space Requirements: A consultation will be required prior to booking to confirm that your chosen location has adequate space, accessibility, and a level surface for set-up of chairs, arch, and drink station.

Contract Agreement

To ensure your date and spot are officially reserved, a simple contract agreement will need to be signed by both the bride and groom. This protects your special day, gives your peace of mind, and helps us serve you with complete clarity and dedication.
