Details for Styled Scenic Elopements

Our Woodland scenic elopements take place on our private residential property behind our home, which is where our greenhouse and adjoining property are located. When you arrive, you’ll be meeting at my and Chris’s private residence, and from there we’ll guide you to one of our area where we do our outdoor ceremony  on the property. We like to tell everyone ahead of time that our property is sloped and there is an incline walking down. We do have one side that has a handrail and then the other one is a gravel pathway.

Scenic elopements are traditionally designed for the couple and a small number of guests. Because this is a private residential property, we keep guest counts limited to a maximum of 10 people. While we understand it can be difficult to leave loved ones out, we do ask that guest counts remain at 10 or fewer.

For outdoor scenic elopements, seating is not included but can be added on if desired. Guest’s gather around to witness the moment. We do like to remind everyone that the property is sloped with lots of pathways and some uneven areas.

On the day of your elopement, you’ll arrive dressed and ready with your marriage license. We’ll walk to the ceremony location together, where Chris will officiate a short, heartfelt ceremony. I’ll be capturing both the ceremony and portraits afterward. Guests are more than welcome to participate in photos following the ceremony if they’d like.

Our themed scenic elopement packages include both officiating and professional photography, so everything is taken care of for you. Once the ceremony is complete, we’ll begin photos at the decorated outdoor arch, and then move around the property to capture a variety of beautiful moments. Photo locations may include spots in front of the greenhouse, under the pergola, at our tree swing, and on our antique couches, along with other scenic areas on the property.

Everything you see in the photos: the decor, florals, styling, and special touches is thoughtfully curated and provided by us. We take care of every detail so you can stay present, relaxed and focused on your moment.

To keep our experiences seamless and affordable, we do not offer customization on decor, florals, or add-ons. This includes items such as our Sweetheart Cake Cutting, which features a classic white buttercream cake with a timeless design, styled and ready for your special moment.​

Our approach allows us to deliver a consistent, elevated aesthetic while keeping the process easy and enjoyable for every couple.

Weather Protocol 

We offer the greenhouse as a backup only if there is rain.

Payment & Refund Policy:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit (plus tax) is required to reserve your date/time

• Deposits are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances

• One reschedule may be permitted (based on availability). Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.

• Remaining balance is due on your wedding day before the ceremony begins

reserve your date, we require half down at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due the day of the ceremony before it begins. We accept Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Zelle for convenience.

Because these elopements are hosted on a private residential property, both the bride and groom are required to sign a simple DocuSign property-use agreement prior to the ceremony. This is a standard agreement that allows us to formally grant permission for use of the property and helps ensure everyone’s comfort and peace of mind.
